| The 2000 Merlot is a blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The wine was aged 14 months in a blend of one-quarter American
Oak barrels and three-quarters used French Oak barrels. The resulting
wine is fruit forward with a light oak tannin finish. This wine
can be enjoyed as an aperitif before dining or served with your
favorite meal. |
