Chateau Lasgoity specializes in creating premium quality wines
produced from grapes grown with attentive care. The grapes used
for Chateau Lasgoity wine are grown and raised by the Lasgoity
Family in Madera County. Vineyardists since the 1920’s, the Lasgoity
Family has a wealth of experience in raising wine grapes and how
to achieve the best fruit for the wine. These years of experience
and attentive care with the grapes coupled with the small, quality
oriented vinting environment of Chateau Lasgoity are producing
award-winning wines.
Chateau Lasgoity offers wine tastings and tours of the facility.
The wine tasting room, opened in the Fall of 2001, features the
abstract art of local artists Robert Ogata and Michael Garcia
and a gently curving tasting bar for the visitors’ enjoyment.
Just outside the wine tasting room, there is a patio/picnic area
underneath an arbor that makes a perfect place to enjoy Chateau
Lasgoity wine and view the vineyards.
Wine tasting hours are Saturday and Sunday 1:00 to 5:00PM or call
559-970-4921 Monday through Friday by appointment.
Chateau Lasgoity wine can be purchased at the winery, by email
or by phone. Purchases of case quantities receive a 10% discount.
